Argentur fur Arbeit: Eligibility Requirements and Steps
To qualify as a job seeker, you must be a registered person in Germany and have worked for at least 12 months int he last two years. If you resigned from your role, you will have to wait 3 months before claiming benefits. If you are freelancer, you must have employment insurance to qualify.
